Take Advantage of Five Matters before Five Other Matters

Islam is a deen of full-motivation. In every part of its teachings, we can find a strong encouragement for its people to do something good. Whether the motivation is explicitly mentioned or implicitly. In a verse of the Noble Quran, we can see that Allah says, “If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He’ll help you and make your foothold firm.” (Muhammad [47]:7). In other part, He says, that for every mukmin (believer), male or female, who does righteous good deeds, will be gardens (jannaat). Subhaanallaah!
Not just from the Quran, Rasulullah (the Messenger of Allah) shallallaahu alaihi wasallam, gave his ummah many encouragements as well. Through his ahaadiith, that spread in various books, we can find these great motivations that will lead everyone who applies them, to a magnificent success. Double success; in this world and in the hereafter. Rasulullah once said, guiding his ummah to become a successful and great ummah, that they should implement the following formula; taking advantage of five matters before five other matters. Namely,
•Take advantage of your youth before your old age.
•Take advantage of your health, before your sickness.
•Take advantage of your richness before poverty.
•Take advantage of your free-time before you are busy.
•Take advantage of your life before your death.
This is a nice advice from the greatest person ever alive. If one wishes a perfect success, he must do the secret above. For a magnificent success, hard work cannot be avoided. If one wishes a triumph of Islam, he must do his best to reach that desire. He has to dedicate all things for Islam. Islam always motivates every Muslim to do the best for the deen![]
